We placed order using foodline on 3 May 2022 and paid $34.80 already by upsizing the cake.
We even received SMS to say twelve cupcakes acknowledged and received our order. Also got email confirmation for the payment made with the order details from ... More foodline.
On the collection date when we went to collect the birthday cake, the staff with twelve cupcakes claimed there was no such order and they did not get any order from foodline and kept asking for the order details.
Despite us showing the order details, they still said they have no cake to deliver based on that order made.
So ended up giving us a cake that looked SMALLER size from what we paid for and with NO WORDINGS WRITTEN as per the order placed.
JUST A PLAIN SMALL CAKE, this is what we got for a well-planned pre-ordered birthday cake.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, BAD SERVICE.
This happened to be our first time order and ended up with bitter experience.
LOSS OF MONEY AND LOSS OF BIRTHDAY FUN!!
