A joint effort between Hong Leong Holdings Ltd (HLHL), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Singapore Fintech Association (SFA), 80RR was set up to support the growth of the Fintech Industry in Singapore. Currently, 80RR is home to more than 50 companies from diverse countries and backgrounds. Our Mission is to provide affordable coworking space and event space within the Central Business District (CBD), which is essential for collaboration and networking for industry players in the Fintech Eco-system. ​With over 50 years of experience, HLHL is a major player in the property market.
