Ordering on FoodLine Corporate

Who can use FoodLine Corporate?
Any individuals who would like to order catering and cakes on behalf of their company, Government agency, charities and any other organisations can use this service. 3,749 organisations have used us so far.
What’s the difference between ordering with FoodLine Corporate vs. ordering directly with the caterer?
You save time by sharing the requirements with us once, and we can provide you with suitable quotations and recommendations from various caterers.

For events which require more than one caterer, we can help to coordinate the catering. In terms of invoicing, as payment is made to FoodLine, it can be combined into a single invoice to facilitate ease of payment.
Are the prices the same as the caterer?
The prices are the same or lower as compared to the caterer’s rates! For orders above $1,000, there are discounts offered by FoodLine. Should you find the caterer’s published rates lower than ours, let us know, and we will match it!
How does FoodLine earn if the price is the same or lower than the caterer’s?
We have agreements with our caterers where they provide us with slightly lower rates for our services rendered to them.
How do I look for my dedicated account manager?
You may call your account managers at their direct line. Alternatively, you may wish to call the corporate hotline, 6592 5057, and our account managers will assist you.
I prefer to order online with FoodLine Corporate instead of with my account manager. Is it possible?
Yes. For every corporate account, there is a personalised link that allows you to order on behalf of your organisation. Simply click on the link to place your order online, and your order will be billed by FoodLine.sg Pte Ltd to your organisation’s billing name and address.
How are orders confirmed?
Order via account manager
When placing order with our account manager, an official quotation will be sent to the customer for confirmation of details before the Account Managers submit the order. Once the order is submitted, our account managers will liaise with the caterer to confirm your order and details before sending you the invoice for payment processing.

Order online via personalized link
After placing your order online with your personalized link, your account managers will send you an acknowledgement link to confirm the order and details. The liaising between the caterer will be done by the account managers. Invoice will then be sent to you for payment processing.
I have placed order on FoodLine before without using corporate account. Is it going to be the same process?
As FoodLine is the party who is providing the service instead of the caterer, FoodLine account manager will be contacting you directly instead of the caterer. Payment will be made to FoodLine rather than the caterer. The rest are similar.

Vouchers and Promo Code

Can vouchers be used in conjunction with another promo code?
No. Vouchers and promo codes are not able to use simultaneously unless otherwise stated.
Do I get any extra benefits such as promo code, gift vouchers if my organisation order through FoodLine Corporate?
Corporate account will have a 1% annual rebate for all orders placed under the same corporate account. On top of that, you can expect promo code, freebies throughout the year exclusively for corporate accounts.

Invoicing and Payment Terms

Who will be invoicing me? FoodLine or the caterer?
FoodLine.sg Pte Ltd will be invoicing you for orders which are made through the corporate account
Why are there GST when the Website states no GST for the caterer?
As FoodLine is GST registered, invoices issued by FoodLine will have GST included.
What are the payment terms like?
Depending on the organisation, 30 days or more credit terms can be provided. For some orders, advance payment may be required to secure the order.
What are the payment methods accepted by FoodLine Corporate?
Some of the common payment methods are: PayNow, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit Card (5% Fee), Gebiz, EPS, and E-Invoice. We also support many other payment methods as required by clients. Let us know, and we can arrange.
