Disgusted. No quality check. Will never order again. Reviewed on 12th Aug 2024 Verified Purchase Disappointed and disgusted. They served burnt seaweed chicken for my buffet. They do not have any quality check at all. Talked to the manager (Stella) and even sent her a photo. She nonchalantly replied that the food looked perfectly fine for ... More consumption. For someone in food business, you call this fine? Obviously she can’t cook? The seaweed chicken pieces were hard n bitter. I told her I don’t agree (as I have many kids during the party) but she refused to admit that it’s overcooked. She is not apologetic at all, no sorry n just said that she will issue a refund the next day. The buffet was $403 including delivery fees. They refunded me $32.70 and refused to compensate for spoiling the party and also, I had to rush to get other food to replace. Honeydew sago was just full of ice and they are stingy on plastic cups and fork. After-service is ridiculous. Order at your own risk. After the photo you sent, it was not burnt in my opinion as mentioned to you. I apologize for offending you with my opinion. As spoken, I noted your feedback immediately and offered a full refund of the item that was not to your satisfaction. To also ensure that the seaweed chicken was not burnt as it will be a serious issue for us, the leftovers were sent back to the kitchen, and we have checked it to confirm that it was not burnt. As we hold high standards to the food that we serve to our clients, it is important that we did not serve food that is not suitable for consumption. However, as mentioned, we noted that it was not to your standard and offered to refund you the full price of the seaweed chicken. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse the other items.
