The wine presents with a rich, deep ruby colour. Aromas of blackcurrant, tea leaf and subtle French oak. A palate of briar fruits and fine tannins providing a lovely structure.

The 2021 Chardonnay is a bright straw colour with a green hue. Aromas of ripe stone fruit, melon and honeysuckle. The palate is generous and textured with grapefruit accompanied by subtle notes of toasted oak.

The 2021 Pinot Noir is a vibrant ruby red in colour. Aromas of fresh cherry and plum with complimentary savoury notes. The palate is elegant and supple, featuring a fine tanin structure and integrated French oak.

The 2019 Shiraz is a deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Aromas of dark cherry and plum with notes of white pepper. The ripe fleshy fruits continue onto the palate and are accompanied by subtle oak and fine tannins.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Aromas of violets and blackcurrant are accompanied by notes of vanilla. The palate features mulberry and briar fruits and elegant tannins.

Aromas of spiced fig, quince & citrus zest with notes of cardamom & nectar. A viscous, well-structured palate of grape, pear & grapefruit & a hint of caramel. Fruit sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity.

Produced from a select parcel of premium hand harvested fruit grown within the Estate. Barrel matured, wine is a vibrant ruby colour and features a crimson hue. Aromatics of dark cherry, blackberry and hints of blueberry are complemented by notes of chicory spice and nutmeg. The palate displays density, yet great elegance. Macerated strawberry, cherry and raspberry are accompanied by hints of mocha. Underpinning the fruit is a bed of silky tannins providing lovely structure and length.

The 2019 Shiraz displays an intense crimson colour with a purple hue. Aromatics of plum, blueberries and raspberries are accompanied by notes of clove and black pepper. The palate displays great density and elegance with silky fine tannins providing lovely structure and length. A lush array of dark cherry, spiced plum and mulberry abound. Maturation in new and seasoned French oak barrels provides complementary notes of mocha and toasted oak.

Produced from select parcels of premium fruit grown with the Estate. The wine is a vibrant straw colour. Aromatics of white peach and tropical melon are accompanied by savoury oak. The palate is elegant and mouth filling, with a lovely texture from extended ageing on lees in high quality French oak. The wine displays good length, and the finish is fresh and moreish.

Produced from premium fruit grown within the Estate. The wine is a pale straw colour, with a youthful green hue. Enticing aromatics of lychee and citrus blossom lift from the glass. The palate displays a bounty of delightful tropical fruits. Lively taut acidity provides structure and a lovely balance to the wine's sweetness.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark crimson colour. The wine exhibits immense cool climate Cabernet purity. Aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry intermingle with notes of cacao and vanilla. The elegant palate is soft, silky and filled with fleshy briar fruit, black olive and a touch of fine French oak. Graphite-like tannins provide a lovely structure and length.

The 2020 Rosé was produced from a select parcel of premium Pinot Noir fruit grown within the Estate. The wine displays a vibrant magenta colour with a pink hue. Enticing aromatics of strawberries and cream, plum, blueberries and hints of jasmine lift from the glass. The palate features flavours of berry compote, cherries, pomegranate and blood orange. The mouthfeel is soft and a brilliant line of acidity provides balance, length and a fresh, zesty finish.

Dark maroon in colour. Concentrated aromatics of enticing red currant and ripe blackberry fruits are accompanied by savoury clove spice and charred oak. The medium weight palate displays the hallmark fruits of Yarra Valley Cabernet. Fine, textural tannins provide for an elegant structure while black olives and rich briar fruits drive the mid palate of the wine.

Produced from select parcels of our highest grade fruit. Matured in new and seasoned Nadalié, Francois Frères, Saint Martin and Vallaurine French oak barrels for 16 months.

Vibrant mauve in colour. Lifted aromatics of fresh rhubarb, dark cherries, plum and cedar spice. The fruits continue onto the palate and are joined by the brightness of cranberry and pomegranate. The fine supportive tannins from whole bunch fermentation knit the wine together and provide a lovely density and completeness to finish the wine.

Produced from a hand harvested parcel of the highest grade fruit grown within the Estate. Matured in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 9 months.

Rich dark magenta in colour with a purple hue. Aromatics of plum, blackberry, olive and white pepper with hints of roasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate. On the palate generous offerings of blueberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry fruits are complemented by subtle notes of mocha and toasted French oak. Silky tannins underpin the fruit and provide a graceful structure.

Produced from select parcels of our highest grade fruit. Matured in new and seasoned Ermitage, Francois Frères, Mercurey and Taransaud French oak barrels for 14 months.
