Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled with less than 5 days written notice.

We note our cancellation policy as follows.: The customer is liable for:
-0% of the invoice amount if written notice is received with more than 5 working days notice;
-50% of the invoice amount if written notice is received between 3-5 working days prior to your event;
-100% of the invoice amount if written notice is received with less than 48hrs prior to your event.

Upon Confirmation, strictly no decrease in the number of pax is allowed. We will require notice of at least 2 working days should there be any other amendments to your event.
