Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Buffet/Mini Buffet orders need to be finalized strictly 4 working weekdays (by 11AM) before the event date.
Orders with live stations need to be finalised at least 7 working weekdays (by 11AM) before the event date (while stocks last, not available from Jan 28 - Feb 1).
• Any changes passed lead time will incur an administrative surcharge of $30 before GST and subject to approval.
Setup time: 1 hour before serving time
Teardown time: Around 2 hours and 15 minutes from event time (latest 10:30PM)
Cancellation Policy
More than 3 working days notice, a 3% payment processing fee applies.
Less than 3 working days notice, there will be a 50% charge on your entire order for cancellations, and a 50% food wastage charge for changes. An Additional $30 administrative fee also applies.
Less than 1 working day notice, there will be no refunds. An additional $30 administrative fee also applies.
