Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

• All orders need to be placed and confirmed 4 working days (exclude PH & Weekends) before the event.

• Any changes passed lead time will incur an administrative surcharge of $30 before GST and subject to approval.

Cancellation Policy

More than 4 working days notice, a 3% payment processing fee applies.

Less than 4 working days notice, there will be a 50% charge on your entire order for cancellations, and a 50% food wastage charge for changes. An additional+$32.70 ($30 w/o GST) administrative fee also applies.
