Also the logistics is troublesome, we must pay deposit for their chiller bag ($5 each) which becomes credits in your supposedly account under Fresher Dinners. We ordered for a week trial dinner and were required to pay $10 upfront. Meaning we must order from them again in order to utilise that $10 because they don’t do cash refund. Suggest first timers going for trial with them to do without the chiller bag and only pay for it when you know you will be getting orders from them.
