It's a minor hassle to clean it up everytime before we get to enjoy the food. Also, the food comes delivered to the house usually cold (not hot or warm anymore). Perhaps the caterer can use a food warmer container bag for the duration of the catering period service, or arrange with customer who may have food warmer container bag to be used.
