More by the quality of the food, the curry chicken was fragrant and coconut-y, the salted egg chicken had good flavors and even the fried rice and bee hoon were beyond my expectations as the rice wasn't clumped up and bee hoon was seasoned to my liking, my guests loved the food a lot and kept asking for the caterer's name. Even though east-west fusion catering wasn't exactly my first choice but I was very happy with the food and service, and will not hesitate to order from them again, the variety of food and the flexibility of their menu is also commandable, thank you for working hard during the public holidays and be the highlight of my event! 10/10 recommended and will order again.
