Chang Cheng Catering review

Menu was good value for money and food was nice quality and tasty. We ordered Set B with chicken and fish.

Always go with change Cheng cause their food quality is always good! And love that they separate the different dishes into bento and not caifan style.

Food arrived an hour late but there was satisfactory service recovery. Thank you to the team. Food is always good so will order again.

Food is really good and the portion size is quite generous. However, delivery time was supposed to be 1130 but it came earlier. Wished that they can arrive on the time agreed instead but the nice food made it up for it!

The food are very well received by the recipients. They praised as they ate. I particularly like the service of the staff Ms Shina. When I did not get the confirmation from Chang Cheng after the acknowledgement of my order, I called the telephone ... More number provided. Subsequently Shina called me and said that the company didn’t receive my order. My heart sank, then she went through the orders patiently and finally found it. I was relieved. When I told her that we used to have problem about the delivery staff from various catering companies went to the back of the Church of St. Teresa instead of the front entrance as they claimed that they were guided by GPS. Ms Shina took the trouble to produce two pictures of the destinations, one at the back gate and one at the front entrance, she said she would ask the delivery staff to use the main entrance. On the day of my event, the staff delivered at the correct place punctually. A big thank you to Shina and team!

Not bad and colleagues satisfy with taste and amount of food. Although I didn't try it but will like to try.
