More chicken came in big pieces and when a few staff took more than 1 piece, there was not enough for other staff. Suggest to provide the chicken in smaller but more pieces. The other dishes such as Mixed Vegetables and Spring Roll were well-liked by the staff. The cutlery and dishes were provided with the quantity of portions ordered and as there was no serving spoons or ladles provided, some of the spoons had to be used as serving spoons. This meant some staff only had a fork to eat their food. Caterer could have provided serving spoons as these are low cost items.
