Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with on-site staff to ensure food safety standard is met, and that all meals meet regulatory requirements and client’s needs.
Act as the primary contact for the client, addressing concerns and gathering feedback.
Document quality issues, take corrective actions, and provide regular reports to management.
Identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct on-the-job training for on-site teams to uphold food safety and quality assurance protocols.
Conduct audits at participating merchants’ outlets and routine inspections from time to time to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to food safety as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management within the food service industry, focusing on corporate catering and pantry services.
Prior experience in food safety, quality assurance, or F&B operations is an advantage.
Candidate with quality assurance experience or specialized certifications will be an advantage
WSQ Food Safety Certification (Level 3) is preferred (training will be provided if not certified)
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Written and Verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict food safety protocols.
