The cake looks nice, however the cake itself is always quite frozen. Previously when I bought a cake from this supplier, after around 30 mins, it is still kind of frozen and hard to cut. A comment from my dad about the cake was that the sponge cake itself looked quite rough like bread, not smooth with smaller air bubbles like how a cake should be.
